Those attending the Dickens Festival most certainly would have enjoyed going back to Victorian times at the tea room at the United Church, hosted by the UCW.

With three games to report on, the Cougars would like to erase the first one from their memory. It was a great game on Nov. 16, when the Cougars headed to Carnduff to take on the Red Devils.

For a long time, I’d assumed that Bethlehem was a bustling, prosperous city; the key word being, “assumed”. Then years ago, I discovered that wasn’t always the case but I didn’t pursue the matter any farther.

This year’s Cornerstone Theatre’s version of Dickens’ “Christmas Carol” was top quality entertainment and wonderfully produced.
