As 2019 draws to a close, I would like to thank all of my constituents in Souris – _Moose Mountain for putting your faith in me as your Member of Parliament.

GFK Food Bank Drive Thanks to everyone who supported the annual GFK Food Bank Drive. Donation totals will be reported next week. The Mosaic Meal (Potluck) will again be held on the last day before the break, Friday, December 20.

The Antler Gun Club held their Annual Antler Nite on Saturday, November 30, 2019 at the Antler Gun Club.

On Wednesday, December 11 the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #248 held its Christmas Party and meeting. The night featured a presentation of funds to different charities and a potluck turkey supper.

Friday, the 13th was a busy night at the Carlyle Sports Arena.

Shortly after 0700 hrs on December 18th, 2019 Arcola Fire Department and Carlyle RCMP responded to a residential structure fire in the town of Arcola. A 60 year old male was found deceased in the residence.

The Town of Redvers was host to its annual Winterfest on Saturday, December 14. The one-day winter festival is a family-focused celebration that has something for everyone, no matter their age.
