The Envision Counselling and Support Centre has announced it is extending a program that has proven to be valuable to seniors and others during the pandemic.

Over the past two weeks, approximately 60 grey "High Hog Fence" sections have been stolen from various oilfield sites in the RM of Coalfields.

The provincial government has announced that public health restrictions are going to be extended until Feb. 19. The measures were set to expire on Friday, but the government decided to extend them until a few days after the Family Day long weekend.

There were 362 doses of COVID-19 vaccine administered Jan. 25 in Saskatchewan – this brings the total number of vaccines administered in the province to 34,080. As of Jan. 25, 104 per cent of the doses received have been administered.

For the first time this winter, an extreme cold warning has been issued for southeast Saskatchewan. Environment Canada issued the warning at 9:24 p.m. Monday night.
