Dozens of children streamed across the fresh spring grass in search of Easter eggs at Centennial Park in Assiniboia on Saturday, April 8. The Community Easter Egg Hunt took place with over 70 families and children in attendance.

Destin Ash from Hutch Ambulance (at centre in the picture below) explained to students at the Assiniboia Elementary School about the health effects of smoking.

The Tornado Hunter Greg Johnson shared his tornado hunting experiences with Rockglen students on March 30. Johnson was invited to speak at the Rockglen School by the Students Against Drunk Driving (SADD) committee.
