In the Community

This week I did something I don't ever recall having done before and if I have, I've forgotten about it.

Rewind revisited the year 1946 not too many months ago, relating major events that struck this city in the early part of that watershed year, just a few months after the end of the Second World War.

Local gardeners will be able to learn more about their hobby and the Estevan Community Gardens during the upcoming Seedy Sunday. The second annual event will happen on March 13 at the Estevan Public Library, starting at 2 p.m.

This morning I did something I didn't think was possible; after all, I've observed it in others and promised myself that never would I fall victim to such actions.

A serious talk about sexual exploitation took place at Estevan Alliance Church.

It was a win-win situation, for the Estevan Kinette Club and local parents and children last weekend.
