The Souris Valley Museum has started a new program called Little Historians. On Saturdays, they invite families with children of 2-4 years old to come to the museum and learn different aspects of local history.

The Northwest Mounted Police (NWMP) Museum, the heritage building located on Fourth Street by the Estevan Art Gallery and Museum (EAGM), needs help. The NWMP museum bears a collection of artifacts and preserves the history of the region.

An Estevan woman has enjoyed excellent support in her first foray into the Inked Magazine Cover Girl contest. Kyra Gessner currently sits second in her group, as of Tuesday evening. The deadline to vote for her in this round is 10 p.m.

Two new exhibitions opened at the Estevan Art Gallery and Museum (EAGM) on Friday. These exhibitions featuring on Saskatchewan and one Ontario artists will run from Jan. 29 – April 4.

Pink Shirt Day will be marked in Weyburn’s schools, and across Canada, on Wednesday, Feb. 24, and singer Karissa Hoffart will be doing a virtual concert to share with the students on that family to help encourage students to be kinder to each other.

Kreative Kidz Fine Arts Academy is a brand new program offered in Weyburn and the only one of its type in southern Saskatchewan. It’s designed to help children learn new skills and teamwork.
