The Carnduff Astros have enjoyed a lot of success since the team’s inception about 15 years ago, highlighted by two provincial titles.

The 2019 edition of the Frametech Classic golf tournament at the TS&M Woodlawn Golf Course wrapped up on Monday afternoon, with the champions being determined in the men’s and senior men’s divisions.

A tradition for the Frametech Classic golf tournament happened Sunday afternoon and evening at the TS&M Woodlawn Golf Course. The Dave Price Memorial Horse Race started at 3 p.m. and continued into the early evening.

The champion in the women’s division has been crowned at the Frametech Classic at the TS&M Woodlawn Golf Course. Paige Wheeler shot an 84 in the second round of the tournament Sunday to finish first in the women’s competition.

The opening round of the Frametech Classic at the TS&M Woodlawn Golf Course has wrapped up. Nearly 120 golfers are entered in this year’s tournament, between the men’s, senior men’s and women’s competitions.

The Can-Am Late Model Shootout brought some of the top race car drivers from the Canadian Prairie provinces and the northern mid-west U.S. to the Estevan Motor Speedway on Friday night, and it was a local driver who prevailed.
