Six individuals will be inducted into the Saskatchewan Agricultural Hall of Fame for 2017. Three of the inductees were announced recently at Canadian Western Agribition in Regina, including Art Mainil, Tim Oleksyn and George Cooper.

A beef drive launched by the Saskatchewan Stock Growers Association to help out Saskatchewan’s food banks is having great success. To date the program has donated 1,312 pounds of beef with a fair market value of over $7,400.

Weyburn was hit with blowing and drifting snow on Monday, with winds up to 70 kilometres an hour whipping up snow causing zero visibility at times on area highways.
