Children and families line Third Street as vehicles and floats pass along the parade route on Tuesday. Many of the vehicles were tossing candy or freezies to children and venders sold hot dogs to raise money for Communithon.

Brenda Brandt, Mildred Hoffart, Kathleen Jones, Deborah Hazen and Debra Tonita have been reappointed to the Bengough Housing Authority Board of Directors. Brandt is chairperson.

The under 18 girls Red Devils team participated in the 2013 SSA Provincials in Moose Jaw on June 29 and 30. The team placed second overall in round robin play advancing to the gold medal game against the Yorkton United.

Throughout July and August, the Allie Griffin Art Gallery is featuring 'Historic Weyburn', an exhibition from the City of Weyburn's Permanent Collection as part of the City's Centennial Celebrations.
