The Lomond 4-H Club had a rather busy April and May. April 15 they held their regular steak supper at the Tribune Hall. The 4-H members and parents BBQ'd the steaks, waited on tables and did dishes. We had a very good turnout.

Mason Thackeray from Queen Elizabeth school throws a softball as far as he can during the Ball Throw event at the Hershey regional track meet. Thackeray was competing in the boys 9-10 category. The track meet was held June 5 at the Comp track.

Organizers of the monthly "Soup's On" event have had to cancel the benefit luncheon this month due to a lack of volunteer help at the preparation level.

Shauna McNaughton celebrated her final Dance Recital at the Drewitz School Of Dance in Estevan on Saturday, May 28th. Shauna has danced since she was a pre-schooler and started her training at the Drewitz School Of Dance in Weyburn.
