People filled the dance floor for a Bryan Adams song, “The Summer of ‘69”, during the Valentine’s dance hosted by Inclusion Weyburn at the Weyburn Wor-Kin Shop on Monday evening.

A member of the Weyburn Police – CTSS Unit conducted a traffic stop on an individual on Wednesday. The male driver was subsequently taken into custody and is now facing a charge of possession of methamphetamine (crystal meth).

A 16-year-old set of triplets, Jordann, Jada and Jalisa Dunkley, chatted with Danielle Johnston who held her own triplets, Jack, Liam and Karlee, while visiting the Valentine family party at Calvary Baptist Church on Saturday afternoon.

Children took their best shot at a variety of carnival games to win prizes, as they took part in Queen Elizabeth School's Family Fun Night on Friday evening.

Grade 3 students showed their unity as they sang and clapped for the song “Seize the Day” from the musical “Newsies”, in a rehearsal at Souris School for the Weyburn Rotary Music Festival.

Comp Eagles player Rese King lobbed the ball up for a basket, during the annual McLeod Series against the Estevan Elecs on Wednesday evening in the Eagle gym. The girls defeated the Elecs by a score of 82-70, while the boys dropped their game 68-53.

Comp Eagles players Alex Lund and Blake Anderson were part of the group of players who jumped up to get the rebound, during the first game of the McLeod Series on Wednesday evening.
