The Ministry of Health is asking residents and their families more directly how long-term care is performing across the province, as part of the ministry’s commitment to improve quality of long-term care in Saskatchewan.

Late of Mainprize Manor, Midale, Saskatchewan. Born June 6, 1930 in the Winkler, Manitoba area and passed away February 16, 2018. Helen was predeceased by her husband, Wilfred in 2010. She was also predeceased by her parents, sisters and brothers.
