The Sacred Heart Saints football team improved its record and kept hold of 1st place in the East Central 9-man football league with an impressive 46-20 win in Swan River recently.

To the Editor: I am seeking information from your readership in order to complete my Masters degree at the University of Regina. The subject of my thesis is infant and maternal mortality in early 20th century Saskatchewan.

Sacred Heart hosted the Junior Boys' Grade 9/10 volleyball tournament on September 17-18. The tournament consisted of an eight team round robin format.

The Sacred Heart Sr. Girls Volleyball team traveled to Regina this past weekend to take part in the 16 team U of R Autumn Classic. Due to numerous player conflicts the Lady Saints were very short handed on Friday with only seven players.
