A post apocalyptic game theme is rarely a bad thing. And Arctic Scavengers is a card game which once again proves just that.

The STARS Lottery in Saskatchewan officially launches today with 2,206 prizes worth over $3.8 million. In its inaugural year in 2012, STARS generated more than $1.6 million - a significant source of funding to help keep STARS in the sky.
