Stars lottery underway

The STARS Lottery in Saskatchewan officially launches today with 2,206 prizes worth over $3.8 million. In its inaugural year in 2012, STARS generated more than $1.6 million - a significant source of funding to help keep STARS in the sky.

Program recognized

Tourism Yorkton recently earned the Gil Carduner Marketing Award at the Saskatchewan Tourism Awards of Excellence. The award is for marketing with a budget of more than $20,000. "I never, ever, ever thought we'd win," offered manager Randy Goulden.
