The Yorkton RawTec Maulers find themselves at one game apiece with Regina in their best-of-five series. Game one of the Saskatchewan AAA Midget League series was played Saturday in Regina.

The junior boys and junior girls curling teams at Kamsack Comprehensive Institute returned home with bronze medals from the district competitions on February 9 and 10.

Three Yorkton athletes attended the 2018 Canadian National Taekwondo Championships in Ottawa over the weekend. Two of the athletes returned with medals. Matthew Bodnaryk was one of the athletes, as well as a coach.

The Yorkton Kinsmen Terriers won their final two regular season games to secure top spot in the Midget Division of the South Saskatchewan Minor Hockey League.
