The Yorkton Regional High School senior boys football team is on the verge of doing something that they haven't done in a long time. They have opened the season at 2-0.

The Yorkton Terriers opened the Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League regular season Friday with a home ice win over Weyburn. Kale Thomson faced 32-shots, allowing only one, as the Terriers outscored the Red Wings 3-1 at the Farrell Agencies Arena.
