Yorkton This Week

The Parkland Expos baseball team of the Saskatchewan Premier Baseball League tacked another three losses on to their record in the past week. They played one game in Melville and two in Yorkton.

Veronica Farkus of Theodore passed away on June 5, 2017 at Jowsey House of Yorkton District Nursing Home. She was 76 years of age. Veronica Mathilda Farkus was born on November 26, 1940 in Yorkton, SK.

Alice Clark of Yorkton, SK, formally from Churchbridge, passed away peacefully on June 8, 2017 at her residence in Morris House of Yorkton and District Nursing Home at the age of 88 years.
