The Honourable Kevin Doherty, Minister of Parks, Culture and Sport along with the Coaches Association of Saskatchewan has once again proclaimed May 25 - June 1, 2013 as Coaches Week in Saskatchewan.

Albert William Griffin was born December 23, 1929 at Alameda, SK to Charles and Mabel (Dies) Griffin, and passed away peacefully on May 17, 2013 at the Yorkton and District Nursing Home with his family at his side.

Annie Ostafichuk, beloved wife of Peter Ostafichuk of Canora passed away on May 8, 2013, at the Yorkton Regional Health Centre, at the age of 75 years. Annie was born on October 26, 1937, to Peter and Julia (Parnetta) Lozinski.
