Tena Tysowski, resident of Canora, formerly of Yorkton, passed away on February 16, 2012 at the Regina General Hospital. She was 71 years of age.

Local nursing program

Parkland College is pleased to announce a partnership with the University of Saskatchewan to offer its Master of Nursing degree program in Yorkton. A cohort will begin in January 2013 and conclude in June 2015.
