Police find suspect "passed out" in driver's seat.

Saskatoon Police were called to a home in the 100 block of Avenue P South around 8:15 p.m. on Nov. 15 and found Nykera Brown deceased. 

Walter Geering’s attendance in court was waived Thursday and he was remanded in custody by law.
