RCMP have identified a man who was found dead under suspicious cirumstances in Kerrobert Wednesday as 53-year-old Johan Kassen Sr. A man has been arrested in connection to Klassen's death.

Battlefords RCMP are seeking the public's assistance in identifying a person of interest in relation to a number of assaults between the evening of Oct. 26 and the early morning hours of Oct. 28.

A man whose arrest in April was captured on video and caused a social media sensation in North Battleford has been sentenced to four years in custody minus remand time for several counts.
