One person was hospitalized after a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of Railway Avenue and Battleford Road Thursday at about 6:30 p.m. North Battleford Fire Department reports one of the vehicles had to be towed from the scene.

Hoppe elected reeve of RM of Glenside

The RM of Glenside held a byelection for reeve on Dec. 4 at the R.M. office in Biggar. Kim Custer of Division 5 ran against Garry Hoppe from Division 3. Hoppe was elected, taking over from Wade Parkinson.
