With 175 entries in the Neilburg Royal Canadian Legion's annual Remembrance Day contest, the two judges had a very difficult time selecting the winners for the 2013 competition. The top prizes were announced at the Nov.

Halloween party attracts 96 guests

The Maidstone Museum members, in conjunction with the local Girl Guides, hosted a Halloween party at the seniors' centre Oct. 31. The centre was decorated elaborately for the occasion with ghosts, witches, spiders, bats and, of course, pumpkins.
