New year 2013 has arrived and we hope it is a good one in every way. Jean Stewart spent Christmas Eve with the Cameron Stewart family and Christmas Day with the Stoughton family. It was so good to see everyone and all the great-grandchildren.

Boil water advisory in effect in Neilburg

A precautionary drinking water advisory has been issued for the Village of Neilburg. A power outage during the night Dec. 30/31 caused a pump system failure which resulted in a situation where this order was necessary.

Holidays are over, regular activities back in action

Be sure to not miss the registration deadline for this year's Battlefords Kiwanis Music Festival! The deadline for entries is this Saturday, Jan. 12. Entries may be delivered in person at the North Battleford City Kinsmen Band Hall from 1 - 4 p.m.
