Dear Editor In one week Prime Minister Steven Harper could commit Canada to the most sweeping trade deal in a generation without a single debate or vote.

The investigation has been completed into the sudden death of a 21-year-old Saskatoon man. Mark Stone, 21, was found dead in North Battleford last week in what was initially labeled a suspicious death.
