Today I went to the cupboard and brought out the box marked "Phyllis Diller." Phyllis is gone and I want to refresh my memories of the times I became Phyllis Diller. My grandmother, Mary Keiper, started it all.

HEPPNER, Donald "Don" : Donald died peacefully after a brave battle with cancer. He was born on March 29, 1933 in Laird Sask., to Anton and Kate (nee: Sawatsky) Heppner.

Protecting our children

Dear Editor Tuesday, Aug. 14 found me preparing dinner shortly after 5 p.m. As I looked out my kitchen window, I saw a small child playing in the mud puddle that formed after the recent rain.
