Dear Editor Everyone I talk to recently has the same questions. Just what is the definition of Level 3 and Level 4 care? His it changed? If so, how, when and why? As far as I know, Level 3 and Level 4 has always meant "around the clock nursing care.

A free legal clinic is opening soon in North Battleford. Pro Bono Law Saskatchewan announced that starting June 6, a pro bono legal clinic will be open to provide assistance in all areas of law during hour-long appointments.
