Scratch 'n win ticket a good investment

Greg Tootoosis made a quick stop at the Day N Nite Deli to grab a newspaper, but he came away with much more. The North Battleford resident also purchased four $2 Blackjack Scratch 'n Win tickets, and one of them turned out to be a $21,000 winner.
