Diesel spill disrupts morning traffic
A fuel spill on Highway 16 and Battleford Road disrupted traffic this morning. RCMP say a ruptured semi tanker was leaking fuel in the vicinity of the Battlefords Superstop. The call about the spill came in at 5:50 a.m.

Steve Kasokeo, 22, has been charged with aggravated assault a in connection with a stabbing Feb. 3 at Little Pine First Nation. A warrant was issued for Kasokeo's arrest, and he turned himself into Cut Knife RCMP Tuesday afternoon.
