Dear Editor Waseca is in dire need of upgrades and maintenance for our recreational facilities. Friends of Waseca was started as a fundraising group to raise money and awareness of this.

Man dies of gunshot wound

A man is dead after what Spiritwood RCMP are describing as a hunting accident. The 57-year-old Ramger district resident was found deceased with a single gunshot wound to his chest area at about 8:30 p.m. Wednesday.
