Dear Editor I would just like to share my point of view regarding "Health care experience humiliating" (Regional Optimist, July 1). Ann Ewanchuck's story is similar to my experiences at the hospital emergency room.

The Mayfair Art Club held a show and tea in the Mayfair Hall on May 1. A spring theme welcomed visitors as 15 members f the club showed their talents to an appreciative crowd.

The 2011 club volleyball season was a solid one for the Battleford Ballistic 18U boys' team representing the Battlefords and area. Ten young men competed around the province at various tournaments.

Thirty-four members turned out for the June 29 Borden seniors' potluck supper and birthday celebration for June and July.

I remember a day when I played tag at lunch and met my friends at the park in the evenings to play prisoner's base. We walked or biked everywhere we needed to go. It was the way things went.
