HUMBOLDT — Businesses with storefronts will pay a $100 business license fee starting in 2020. At its Aug. 26 meeting, council voted in favour of a bylaw that implemented the fee.

LANIGAN — A homemade go kart was stolen from a home on Lanigan’s Clement Place. Humboldt-Lanigan RCMP said it was stolen sometime during the night of Aug. 24. The Go Kart is approximately 6’ long by 3’ wide and is made of yellow 1” square tubing.
