HUMBOLDT — An effort to gather the thoughts of business owners about a plan to implement a storefront business licence has begun. “Right now, we don’t know which businesses are in Humboldt because there’s no licensing,” Muench said in late December.

HUMBOLDT — Humboldt’s Jarrett Fontaine has helped the Trinity Western University (TWU) men’s hockey team make history. The Langley, BC school squad won the British Columbia Intercollegiate Hockey League finals this spring to repeat as champions.

NIPAWIN — A part of Nipawin Road East will be closed due to a water main break. The closure affects the road from 1st Avenue East to Railway Avenue East. The closure starts on May 10 at 7 am. The road will remain closed until repairs are compete.

HUMBOLDT — Water distribution will be affected for those living on the 700 and 800 blocks of Humboldt's 10th Street. The blocks are located between Seventh Avenue and Ninth Avenue.
