Update - Driver injured in train vs vehicle collision - Martensville

UPDATE: The highway is now clear. BACKGROUND: Martensville RCMP are on scene at Highway 11 and Wanuskewin Road, as a vehicle has collided with the train. The driver of the vehicle was taken to a hospital with non life threatening injuries.

UPDATE: At 10:15 p.m., Pierceland RCMP currently has in custody the male who barricaded himself Sunday in a residence of Big Island Lake Cree Nation. The situation was resolved peacefully and without injuries.
