Martin Night, 26, has been arrested in connection with an investigation into an armed robbery in North Battleford May 5. North Battleford RCMP say the arrest was made in Saskatoon in partnership with the Saskatoon Police Service.

Grassfire east on Wearing Road

North Battleford Fire Department reports they did battle with a grassfire 11 miles east on Wearing Road. The call came in around 3:51pm Saturday afternoon.

Here is the Daily Report of occurences handled by the RCMP from 6 am May 9 to 6 am May 10. Just over 30 calls for service/occurrences were received. There were two false/nuisance 911 calls, one false alarm, and three traffic related complaints.
