The rain let up, and the mayhem ramped up as Battlefords RCMP responded to more than 30 calls for service/occurrences between 6 a.m. Monday, April 28 and 6 a.m. Tuesday, April 29.

The Government of Saskatchewan announced Tuesday the new Saskatchewan Hospital North Battleford will include an integrated correctional facility to be built as part of the hospital construction project.

No one was injured in a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of 107th Street and 11th Avenue Monday at about 6 p.m., according to North Battleford Fire Department.

Delivery of curbside garbage and recycling carts is nearly complete -- a few residents have been missed because we are out of bins and are currently awaiting on another truck that was due to arrive last week.
