PAKWAW LAKE — A Pakwaw Lake resident won $1 million in the June 8 Lotto Max draw. Carlton Bear was shocked when he discovered he’d won a million dollars. He purchased his Lotto Max ticket at Downtown Esso, located at 2005 Albert Street in Regina.
