The Carrot River Outback Thunder’s season has come to an end. The Thunder lost their Prairie Junior Hockey League North Division semifinal series, four games to one, to the Saskatoon AGI Insurance Quakers.

The Unity RCMP are requesting the public’s assistance in helping solve a hit and run collision that recently occurred in Unity. Sometime overnight on March 2, an unknown vehicle struck a parked SUV on Main Street.

Onion Lake RCMP is asking the public for their assistance with solving two house fires. Feb. 23, RCMP responded to two separate house fires in Onion Lake. The first occurred in the Sesame Park area at approximately 3 a.m.
