The Nipawin Hawks picked up a huge 3-2 overtime victory over the Humboldt Broncos in a family day matinee in Humboldt on Feb. 20 as a win pulled them back into a Sherwood division first place tie with Flin Flon.

With the outright lead for first place on the line, the Nipawin Hawks did not play their best hockey and it cost them as they fell 4-0 in a critical first place showdown with the Flin Flon Bombers on home ice Feb. 18.
