The Grade 8 class at St. Augustine School in Humboldt has entered a competition put forth by Parks Canada, and they need your vote.

Emergency crews responded Wednesday to two motor vehicle accidents in the city. One was a two-vehicle collision at the intersection of 104th Street and 15th Avenue. No injuries resulted, however one vehicle sustained significant damage.

This is a landmark year for co-operatives in the province of Saskatchewan as 2012 has been proclaimed by the United Nations as the International Year of Co-operatives.

North Battleford has hired a new finance director. Matthew Hartney will take over the position March 1, according to a news release from the City.
