Community's children a vibrant group of people
Why not celebrate in a big way? Birthdays only come around once a year. I don't generally like to spoil my children and I admit it, I love parties. My daughter has always been in small classes at school and she gets along well with everyone.

It's not about the Villa, it's about the SHR
There's been a lot of discussion, both in the Journal and in the community, about the eviction of the 10 seniors from St. Mary's Villa. Somehow, some people seem to think that the 10 seniors are responsible for tarnishing the Villa's good name.

Doesn't sound like abuse or bullying
I feel compelled to comment on a recent article in the Humboldt Journal regarding former St. Mary's Villa enriched housing tenants. Saskatoon Health Region has been compared to a slum landlord, who gives a tenant one month warning before "eviction.
