Update: Frost advisory issued for Tuesday night

For the second straight night, a frost advisory has been issued for the Estevan area and other parts of southeast Saskatchewan. Environment Canada issued the advisory at 3:13 p.m. Tuesday. Temperatures are expected to drop to -1 C Tuesday night.
