The Estevan Comprehensive School's (ECS) Drama Club is putting on a historical play named 937 by Don Zolidis. It’s a strong and heartbreaking story of an ocean liner SS St.

Grade 5 and 6 students from Estevan’s six elementary schools gathered at Westview School Friday morning for the Battle of the Books, hosted by the Estevan Area Literacy Group. Nineteen teams were entered.

A world-champion Elvis tribute artist will be performing the music made famous by Elvis Presley to Weyburn on Friday, April 5, at McKenna Hall. Dean Z will be touring Canada with his tribute band, the Cadillac Kings, featuring The Uptown Hornz.

The Estevan Arts Council’s Estevan Concert Series wrapped up its 2018-19 concert season March 14 with a performance by Heather Rankin at the Estevan Comprehensive School.

The milestone 60th edition of the Carnduff and District Music and Arts Festival celebrated the talents of hundreds of people in the southeast region. A total of 313 entrants were received for the festival, and another 224 were in the art contest.

Students from the Drewitz School of Dance, under the direction of Lorie-Gay Drewitz-Gallaway and her assistant instructor Hunter Hildebrand, were tested in tap, jazz and ballet exams, and for badges and medals.
