Report from the Weyburn Police Service for the week of May 7 to 14: During the reporting period, police received 104 calls for service. There were 11 commercial alarms and five residential alarms.

Students at Gordon F. Kells High School celebrated their mothers on May 11 by bringing them to a pancake breakfast organized by the Teen Council. Members of the Teen Council did everything from shopping for groceries to cooking the meal.
