Midget A female teams begin playoffs

The Carlyle midget A Wildcats opened their playoffs with a 5-3 upset victory over the Prairie Storm Thunder in Balgonie on Feb. 11 in Game 1 of their best-of-three series.

Midget AA Bruins finish with three wins

The Estevan Apex midget AA Bruins wrapped up their regular season by winning three straight road games. Estevan routed the Regina Vics 7-1 on Feb. 8 and the Moose Jaw Warriors 12-0 on Feb. 9, and then defeated the Regina Rangers 3-1 on Feb.

Squash clinic coming to Estevan

Sask Squash will be hosting a learn to play clinic in Estevan on Feb. 16 at the squash courts inside the Estevan Leisure Centre. There will be hourly sessions from 2-5 p.m. To sign up, participants can call the front desk of the leisure centre.
