Estevan Bruins clinch SJHL playoff spot with win over Kindersley

The Estevan Bruins had plenty of motivation tonight, and they put it to good use. The Bruins scored four times in the first period and defeated the Kindersley Klippers 6-3 to clinch a playoff spot.

Weyburn to host skating event

In conjunction with Skate Canada, the Weyburn Skating Club will host the Saskatchewan Stars on Ice show on March 6 at Crescent Point Place. The Saskatchewan High Performance Figure Skating Team will be performing in the ice show.

Warman interested in SJHL team

The Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League is pleased to announce a group of citizens from Warman, Saskatchewan have expressed interest in obtaining a new franchise in the SJHL. If approved the new team would start play in the 2014-15 season.

Novice Cougars on a hot streak

Estevan Bruins lose twice to Kindersley, beat Battlefords

After playing some of their best hockey of the season in recent weeks, two games in Kindersley brought the CanElson Drilling Estevan Bruins back to earth with a resounding thud.
