Qmax post win against Carlyle

On Friday, December 7, the Qmax Wild played the Carlyle Midget team. The Wild won by a score of 6-3. Nick Zerie had an amazing game with one goal and three assists. Their next game was a rematch against Carlyle on Wednesday, December 12 in Arcola.

Winning weekend for Carlyle Cougars 8 & under

These past couple of weeks have been very busy for the Novice Team, coached by Jeff Humphries and Larry Rae. The kids have all been steadily improving their game and having a great time doing it.

The Estevan Sharks' atom water polo team emerged from winter provincials in Saskatoon with a silver medal on the weekend. The Sharks posted a 2-1 record in the round-robin to advance to the playoffs.

Local resident Teagan Hodgson set out to become a bull rider at the age of 15. His first milestone was back in 2007, when he earned the most points in the Manitoba Rodeo Cowboys Association Finals' junior bull riding category.
