John Randall “Randy” Howe passed peacefully from this earthly plane Wednesday, September 7, 2016. Born January 6, 1942 he was the only child of John and Edna (McTaggart) Howe. Randy, as he was known, was truly one of Weyburn’s favorite native sons.
