Wildlife Federation releases pheasants

On May 30, members of the Weyburn Wildlife Federation released 286 hen pheasants in suitable habitat south of Weyburn.

A number of athletes represented Weyburn in the SHSAA Provincial Track and Field Championships held on June 7 and 8 in Moose Jaw. In the Midget Girls 3000-meter run, Lacey Happ from the Weyburn Junior High placed 11th.
