Two days of rain greeted the 104 students involved in the Saskatchewan High Schools Athletic Association grass golf provincial championship played at the Madge Lake Golf Resort September 23 and 24.

It was a successful, sunny day of cross-country running on Friday when the Saltcoats School held their 32nd annual Autumn Summit. The event took place at Saltcoats Regional Park and saw a total of 1,001 runners compete.

Three of the 18 members of the Kamsack Comprehensive Institute cross-country team placed among the top 10 in their categories of competition at the Run for Peace event held at the Cherrydale Golf Course in Yorkton on September 15.
